- Benefit
- Work assistant: support for ancillary tasks such as reading documents aloud, mobility and communication (hourly rate KRW 10,320; KRW 12,384 for sign language interpretation, braille proofreading and stenography; the worker pays KRW 300 per hour). Commuting costs: transportation costs up to KRW 70,000 per month for severely disabled workers who are exempt from the minimum wage, basic livelihood recipients and near-poverty group members. Assistive technology devices: 90% of the portion up to KRW 1,300,000, 95% of the excess, and 100% for recipients and the near-poverty group. When converting to a worker not exempt from the minimum wage, a conversion allowance of up to KRW 300,000 per month and a success allowance of KRW 1,000,000.

- Year-round (decided after an on-site investigation by the Corporation; assistive technology devices are decided within 30 days)

- Support is recovered if the employment-retention obligation is violated. Distinguish programs that require an application by the employer.

- For assistive technology devices, enrollment in payment guarantee insurance and maintaining employment for 2 years from the date of purchase are required.
