- Persons with disabilities who find it difficult to work in a general work environment receive vocational training and work at work centers, sheltered workshops and vocational adjustment training facilities. Vocational rehabilitation support for persons with severe disabilities (counseling > assessment > training > job placement). Public institutions give priority purchase to products of persons with severe disabilities amounting to at least 1.1% of their total annual purchases.
